What I Specialize In

Medication can be a helpful part of feeling better—whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, or the effects of past trauma. It’s not about changing who you are, but helping you feel more like yourself again.

I incorporate elements of psychotherapy into my sessions, including supportive therapy, motivational interviewing, person-centered care, and traditional talk therapy. My goal is to treat the whole person—not just symptoms—while empowering clients to take an active role in their mental wellness.

Where I Can Help Most

Anxiety Disorders

Generalized anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, and more.

Anxiety can show up as racing thoughts, constant worry, tension in your body, or a feeling like you can never fully relax

Depression

Including major depressive disorder, persistent depressive disorder, and mood-related concerns.

Depression can feel like a heavy fog that makes even simple tasks hard—leaving you drained, unmotivated, and disconnected from yourself or others.

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Compassionate care and medication support for managing intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors.

OCD often involves unwanted, repetitive thoughts and urges that lead to rituals or behaviors aimed at easing intense anxiety or distress.

Trauma Related Disorders

Trauma-related disorders can develop after experiencing or witnessing something deeply distressing—like abuse, violence, accidents, or sudden loss. This can lead to symptoms like flashbacks, nightmares, heightened anxiety, emotional numbness, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others.

Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

ADHD can impact focus, organization, and emotional regulation—often leaving you feeling overwhelmed, distracted, or stuck in a cycle of frustration.
