Frequently Asked Questions

1. What services do you offer?

I offer psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy-informed care for adults ages 18–65 across Illinois. My specialties include anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and trauma related mental health conditions.

2. Are all appointments virtual?

Yes, I provide 100% secure telehealth appointments. You can meet with me from the comfort of your home, anywhere in Illinois.

3. What can I expect at my first appointment?

Your initial intake appointment is a 60-minute comprehensive session where we’ll explore your mental health history, current symptoms, and goals for treatment. We’ll work together to determine the most supportive care plan for you. During this appointment, we can also prescribe medication if it’s appropriate and aligns with your needs.

4. Do you prescribe medication?

Yes. As a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP), I am licensed to diagnose mental health conditions and prescribe medications when appropriate. I take a collaborative, thoughtful approach and will always include you in the decision-making process.

5. Do you offer therapy?

While I don’t provide full-length therapy sessions, I do include supportive, therapy-informed conversation in every visit. This may include coping strategies, stress management tools, and goal-setting.

8. How do I schedule an appointment?

You can book directly through my Headway booking link, which is linked at the bottom of this page. You’re also welcome to email, call, or text me at 309-503-1058, and I’ll be happy to add you to my schedule manually. Once you're scheduled, you’ll receive intake forms and appointment details via email.

9. Do you treat patients outside of Illinois?

At this time, I’m only licensed to treat clients who are physically located in Illinois during our telehealth sessions.
